After our consultation, I’ll carefully craft up to three detailed sketches of your wedding cake, capturing every element we’ve discussed. Alongside the sketch, you’ll receive  comprehensive quotes tailored to your unique design.

To ensure your special day is reserved, I’ll hold your wedding date for one week while answering any additional questions you might have. Once you’re ready to move forward, a 50% booking fee will secure your date and begin the journey to creating your dream cake.

Pricing:

• Virtual tasting and design consultation: £65 (includes delivery of the cake-tasting box and up to three sketches).
• Cake-tasting box only: £45 (including postage and packing).
• Sketches only: £30 for up to three bespoke wedding cake designs (no tasting included). This fee is deductible from your wedding cake balance if you place an order with us.

Our most popular design is the stacked wedding cake, a timeless choice that exudes elegance. Each tier is expertly crafted, placed on a reinforced cake card, and supported by internal dowels to ensure the structure is secure, stable, and picture-perfect for your special day.

Not sure how many tiers you’ll need? Let’s talk about your guest list and budget! For larger celebrations, more tiers might be necessary—but we also offer faux tiers for a stunning, dramatic look without stretching your budget. They’re an ideal way to achieve that wow factor with a cost-effective twist.

At Razzmatazz Cakes, every wedding cake is thoughtfully custom-designed to reflect your story and bring your vision to life. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all pricing, each quote is carefully tailored based on your chosen design, cake size, number of servings, and the time and craftsmanship required to create your cake.

All wedding cakes are finished with my signature layers of Belgian chocolate ganache and smooth white fondant, with pricing based on my Classic flavour range.

Delivery and on-site setup are not included in base prices and will be quoted separately. Premium flavours, additional design elements, extra-tall tiers, or enhanced structural designs may incur additional costs, all of which are clearly outlined in your personalised quote, so there are no surprises.

My aim is always to create a cake that feels luxurious, considered, and completely bespoke, while remaining transparent and respectful of your budget. 

Wedding Cake Prices (Portions for round tiers):

• 2 Tiers: From £260 (Approx. 22/38 servings)
• 3 Tiers: From £460 (Approx. 48/94 servings)
• 4 Tiers: From £725 (Approx. 92/178 servings)
• 5 Tiers: From £1100(Approx. 154/286 servings)
• 6 Tiers: From £1,450 (Approx. 446/234 servings)

Servings are based on slice sizes of 1" x 1" or 2" x 1".

Cutting Cakes
Simple, undecorated cakes kept discreetly in the kitchen, allowing your guests to be served seamlessly alongside your display cake.

Faux (Dummy) Tiers
Dummy tiers are lightweight display tiers, expertly decorated to the same high standard as real cake tiers. They are ideal for adding height, drama, and visual impact to your cake design while keeping servings tailored to your guest numbers. Each dummy tier is finished with the same care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail — including fondant finishes, decorative textures, and intricate design elements — but without the baking. As the level of skill and decoration required is comparable to a real tier, dummy tiers are priced slightly lower than edible tiers, reflecting the absence of cake inside while still valuing the artistry involved. 

Every Razzmatazz cake is made with care, precision, and premium ingredients. Each tier is generously brushed with complimentary syrup, layered with smooth, flavourful fillings, finished in Belgian chocolate ganache, and wrapped in flawless fondant icing.

Your cake is presented on an iced cake drum, finished with a coordinating ribbon, ensuring a polished, elegant presentation from every angle.

Cake stand and separator hire is available to elevate your cake and create a beautiful focal point for your reception. A carefully chosen stand can enhance both height and overall impact, tying your cake seamlessly into your venue styling.

Prices shown are effective from 1st January 2026 and may be subject to change due to rising ingredient and production costs. However, once your quote is confirmed, your price is fixed, offering complete peace of mind.

We recommend booking your wedding cake at least four months in advance. This allows ample time to secure your date and enables us to bring your vision to life with flawless attention to detail.
