We are busy preparing for the wedding season and making sugar flowers for wedding cake orders and fairs. Sugar flowers are a beautifully intricate, delicate way to decorate your wedding cake. Unlike real flowers, they won't wilt in the heat, are not poisonous, so you can choose any flower you want without compromising the safety of your cake, are never out of season, and are entirely customisable. We exhibited at the Forty Hall Estate wedding fair on the 14th of May and had a fantastic time meeting and greeting happy couples and helping them plan their celebratory centrepiece. Forty Hall banqueting suite is a stunning venue in beautiful grounds and it was a pleasure to display there.

Our festive cakes are available in our Classic flavours -Classic Vanilla, Luscious Lemon and Dark Chocolate Mud Cake. We are bringing back our tasty Cranberry and White Chocolate Cake, a moist vanilla sponge studded with juicy cranberries filled with white chocolate ganache. 

We cover our celebration cakes in white fondant, decorate them with a seasonal greeting, and finally dress them with satin ribbon.

Available is also our Jamaican rum cake, which can be purchased undecorated or covered with marzipan, fondant icing, simple fondant decoration and a satin ribbon.

Introducing Razzmatazz Cakes' blog-Baking it Happen! 

It's been a while in the making but my baking blog is finally here.

After many years of dreaming and a lot of hard work my dream finally became a reality, and I relaunched my baking business in 2022 .

There is so much that goes into setting up and running a home baking business, and I learn something new every day.

The Royal London Hospital holds a special place in my heart, and I am deeply grateful for the care they provided to my daughter many years ago when she was a baby.

Thanks to the exceptional care and support she received, she is now a strong and healthy young adult of 22 years!

I leapt at the opportunity to contribute a cake to the Paediatric Critical Care Unit's bake sale, a small gesture of my immense gratitude for their life-saving work.

The team's efforts, combined with the delicious cake, resulted in a staggering amount of over £1000 raised for their charity, a testament to their dedication and the community's support.

🎉 Celebrating Two Years of Razzmatazz Cakes! 🎉

It’s been two years since I took the leap and launched my cake business full-time—and, wow, what a journey it’s been!

I was so busy yesterday, I even forgot it was my business birthday!

Juggling the many roles of a small bespoke cake business owner is no small feat. I sadly had to pass on two exciting projects due next week, and sadly, my business had to miss out on Cake International, which I’d been looking forward to all year, just to keep my commitments.😭

It’s a tough balancing act, but every challenge has been worth it.

When I look back at some of the cakes I've created over these years, I'm filled with pride and gratitude for every moment, every challenge, and every opportunity to create something special.

And, it all began with a dream....

Harriet Tubman once said, “Every great dream begins with a dreamer.” These past two years have truly been about dreaming big, learning more about myself, and discovering strengths I never knew I had.
