Islington Wedding Fair

I'm so pleased to be returning to Islington Town hall for their annual  Wedding Fair.

I’m over the moon to be back on 22nd February sharing my cakes with couples once again at the beautiful Islington Town Hall.

Steeped in history and love stories, this iconic venue proudly hosted the UK’s first legal same-sex marriage ceremonies, making it a truly special place to celebrate modern romance alongside timeless elegance.

The Islington Wedding Fair is always such an amazing event, impeccably organised by the wonderful Say I Do Islington team. From start to finish it’s inspiring, welcoming, and full of exceptional suppliers and excited couples planning their big day.

Guests  have the chance to enter a fabulous competition to win a free ceremony (ceremony room and registrar hire). To enter, simply collect stamps from selected suppliers on your bingo card during the event, a fun, interactive way to meet creatives, gather inspiration, and explore everything the fair has to offer.

Stationers' Hall Wedding Showcase

I will be returning to exhibit at  the iconic Stationers' Hall on Thursday Feb 19 from 4pm to 7:30pm. Stationers' Hall is a breath-taking jaw dropping historic venue.  With its stunning Great Hall, beautiful courtyard garden, and rich architectural detail, it provides a truly atmospheric setting for couples seeking a classic yet distinctive London celebration. Perfect for elegant ceremonies, refined receptions, and unforgettable moments in an iconic venue.

I’m chuffed to be returning to the  timeless, romantic, and charming Kings Chapel on  Sunday 8th February 2026 between 11am and 4pm for the Valentine's Wedding showcase. This beautiful venue is filled with character and elegance and is an incredible setting for couples dreaming of an intimate ceremony with historic beauty and refined style.

A Christmas message from my kitchen to you ✨🎄

As the festive lights twinkle and the scent of Christmas fills the air, I wanted to take a moment to say the biggest thank you.

To every wonderful client who trusted me with a celebration this year, from weddings and anniversaries to birthdays, launches, exhibitions and heartfelt surprises ,creating your cakes has been an absolute joy.

Each one that leaves my kitchen is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of love, and it’s a true privilege to play a small part in your most meaningful moments.

This year has brought its share of challenges, but it has also been filled with kindness, connection, and so many moments of joy that remind me why I adore what I do. Your trust, support and lovely messages have meant more to me than you’ll ever know.

Christmas is such a magical and reflective time of year, and it’s the perfect reminder of how precious these shared moments are. I hope your festive season is filled with warmth, laughter, delicious food, and time spent with those you hold close.

✨ A little festive note: I’ll be taking a short Christmas break and will be closed from 22nd December to 5th January. During this time I won’t be taking on or responding to new enquiries — but I will be busy behind the scenes dreaming up exciting plans for 2026… and, in all honesty, eating my body weight in mince pies while attempting to break last year’s record 🥧😄

The first is a rich, caramelised sponge speckled with crushed Biscoff biscuits and layered with silky Biscoff buttercream. 

Mango and Vanilla Passionfruit Marble

The second a marbled mango and vanilla sponge (made with real mango purée) paired with bright passionfruit preserve and finished with whipped white chocolate ganache buttercream.
Light, tropical, and lusciously fruity—with just a hint of crunch from those delicate passionfruit seeds.
It’s sunshine with a side of sophistication.

Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of delivering a wedding cake to Bovril Castle (aka Kingswood Arts), and WOW—I was completely taken aback by its beauty! 😍✨ Nestled in South Dulwich, this hidden gem is a stunning Grade II listed "castle" with over 200 years of history—truly a magical setting for a wedding! 👰‍♀️💍🏰

To top it all off, I was invited to become one of the venue’s recommended suppliers AND to attend their upcoming Wedding Fair—needless to say, I leapt at the opportunity! 🎉

The Royal London Hospital holds a special place in my heart, and I am deeply grateful for the care they provided to my daughter many years ago when she was a baby.

Thanks to the exceptional care and support she received, she is now a strong and healthy young adult of 22 years!

I leapt at the opportunity to contribute a cake to the Paediatric Critical Care Unit's bake sale, a small gesture of my immense gratitude for their life-saving work.

The team's efforts, combined with the delicious cake, resulted in a staggering amount of over £1000 raised for their charity, a testament to their dedication and the community's support. 

The Physio team were the happy winners of the cake.

I am immensely proud to have contributed to the NHS charity and to have provided a much-deserved sweet treat for the hardworking staff .🤩👏🏾

🎉 Celebrating Two Years of Razzmatazz Cakes! 🎉

It’s been two years since I took the leap and launched my cake business full-time—and, wow, what a journey it’s been!

I was so busy yesterday, I even forgot it was my business birthday!

Juggling the many roles of a small bespoke cake business owner is no small feat. I sadly had to pass on two exciting projects due next week, and sadly, my business had to miss out on Cake International, which I’d been looking forward to all year, just to keep my commitments.😭

It’s a tough balancing act, but every challenge has been worth it.

When I look back at some of the cakes I've created over these years, I'm filled with pride and gratitude for every moment, every challenge, and every opportunity to create something special.

And, it all began with a dream....

Harriet Tubman once said, “Every great dream begins with a dreamer.” These past two years have truly been about dreaming big, learning more about myself, and discovering strengths I never knew I had.

Here’s to many more years of crafting cakes, honouring commitments, and making dreams come to life—one cake at a time. 🎂✨

Important Announcement-Price Increase

Like many small independent businesses, I’ve been navigating rising ingredient costs, especially for ingredients like chocolate, eggs, and butter. I’ve done my very best to absorb these increases over the past year, but to continue creating the cakes you love without compromising on quality, I’ll be introducing a small price rise from the 1st of August.

If you’ve already received a quote, rest assured, it will be honoured in full.

Thank you so much for your continued support. It means the world to me, and I’m so grateful I get to keep doing what I love: creating delicious, joy-filled cakes for your most special moments.
