Celebration cakes start from £150. As every cake is individually designed, the final price will depend on the size, design and level of detail involved.
When requesting a quote, it helps to include your event date, number of guests, preferred flavour and any ideas you have for the design. Inspiration images, colours, themes and details about the person or occasion are always welcome.
WORKING WITH A BUDGET?
A bespoke cake doesn't necessarily need to be elaborate to make an impact. If you have a particular budget in mind, please let me know when you enquire. Where possible, I can suggest ways of adapting the size or design while retaining the overall feel of your cake.
For example, a single-tier cake with beautifully considered details can sometimes be a more cost-effective alternative to a tiered or highly sculpted design.

HOW MUCH DOES A celebration cake cost?
The right cake size depends primarily on the number of guests you would like to serve and the portion size required.
For celebration cakes, I generally recommend a medium portion of approximately 1½ × 1 × 5 inches, although smaller finger portions or larger dessert portions can also be considered depending on your celebration.
My standard cake tiers are approximately 5–5½ inches deep, giving a beautifully tall, contemporary appearance while providing generous portions.

Every Razzmatazz cake begins with an idea. Tell me about the person or occasion you're celebrating and I'll use those details as the starting point for an original design created especially for you.
When enquiring, it's helpful to share your event date, number of guests, preferred flavours, budget and any colours, themes, interests or personal details you'd like incorporated. You're also welcome to send inspiration images to help communicate the overall look or feel you have in mind.
Depending on the design, your cake might feature hand-modelled figures, sugar flowers, sculpted elements, hand-painted details or other individually crafted decorations.
I don't replicate another cake designer's work, but I'm very happy to take inspiration from the ideas and details you love and interpret them in my own style.

From favourite hobbies and interests to animals, adventures and fantastical themes, every children’s cake is individually designed to make their celebration feel extra special.
Share your ideas, colours, party theme or a little about the birthday child, and I’ll use them as the starting point for an original design created especially for them. From colourful tiered cakes and handmade models to playful details and imaginative scenes, there are plenty of ways to bring their personality to life in cake.
I don’t replicate another cake designer’s work or reproduce protected characters or artwork without permission, but I’m always happy to take inspiration from a theme and create something original.

When cake becomes something completely unexpected.
Novelty cakes are where imagination, design and a little engineering come together. From sculpted objects and favourite foods to animals, vehicles and completely unexpected creations, each cake is individually designed and handcrafted to bring your idea to life.
These are cakes designed to surprise. A barbecue that isn’t a barbecue, a stand mixer made from cake, or a creation incorporating lights, sound or moving elements — the possibilities can go far beyond a traditional tiered cake.

how your novelty cake is created
Every novelty cake begins with an idea. It might be inspired by a hobby, profession, favourite food, treasured object or something completely unexpected. I’ll take that starting point and develop an original cake design especially for your celebration.
When enquiring, please include your event date, number of guests, theme or idea, preferred flavours and approximate budget. You’re also welcome to send photographs or other visual inspiration.
Because many novelty cakes involve carving or more complex construction, the design can influence which flavours are suitable. Classic Vanilla and Dark Chocolate Mud Cake are particularly well suited to sculpted cakes, although other flavours may be possible depending on the design.
I don’t reproduce another cake designer’s work or create unauthorised trademarked characters or logos. Inspiration images are always welcome, however, and can be used as the starting point for something original.
Once your requirements have been discussed, I’ll develop up to three bespoke design concepts with accompanying quotations for you to consider.
